Printing and Substrates
Anouk's work is professionally printed by the fine art printers Harwood King of Newhaven, East Sussex. The artworks are printed at 1400 dpi on a Canon IPF8400 inkjet printer using the LUCIA EX 12-colour print system.
They are giclée prints on 330g Somerset® Velvet, an acid free pure cotton archival rag paper especially designed for fine art inkjet prints. All paper edges have a hand-torn finish.
Standard Sizes - Small, Medium and Large
Small and Medium prints are cellophane wrapped with a window mount and a backing card. The sizes have been chosen to work well with certain off-the-shelf frames. Large prints are supplied unmounted and we would advise professional framing.
Medium Plus and Large Plus
A few of the prints are designed to be mounted without a gap between the printed area and the mount edge. The print area is therefore a little bigger, although the overall paper size is the same. They are labelled Medium Plus and Large Plus for clarity.
Ex-Display
Prints framed by Anouk for exhibition and retail outlets are sometimes available and she is always happy to advise on framing.
Some artworks are available in Extra Large or even Beyond format. Substrate, mounting and exact sizes will depend on the image. Please contact Anouk for details.
